How do I transfer a dashboard to another account?

If you’d like to transfer a site (dashboard) to another customer, you can do it yourself. Open the site’s settings, click More, then Manage, and click Transfer site. All that’s required is the email address of the Fathom account you’d like to transfer the site to (they need an active Fathom subscription), and typing the site name to confirm.

The site keeps its Site ID and data, so there’s nothing to change in your embed script. Once it’s transferred, you’ll lose access to the site, it’s removed from any email reports you’ve set up, and all of its share links stop working. This can’t be undone, and only the site’s owner can transfer it.
