Partners
The Partners program is available to Fathom customers with an active subscription. Open your Partners dashboard at app.usefathom.com/partners, or click Partners in the settings sidebar after logging in.
As with everything we do, we take privacy seriously, so we never share specifics about the referrals you’ve made (like names or other personal information).
We pay 25% lifetime commissions, so for each customer you refer to us, we pay you 25% of their bill every month as long as they are a customer.
Copy your referral URL from the Sharing tab and share it anywhere you like. You can also request source keywords there (your name, podcast, newsletter, and so on). Once approved, signups that mention those phrases when asked how they heard about us count as your referral, even without a link click.
How payouts work
Commissions clear after a 30-day hold, then appear in your balance. When you’re ready, submit a claim from the Claims tab:
- Bank payout — paid through Wise in your own currency. $200 minimum. You’ll upload a PDF invoice with your bank details.
- Account credit — applied to your Fathom bill. $20 minimum. Available if you have an active billing account with us.
You’re responsible for your own taxes when you claim. On 1 July 2026 we’ll run one final automatic PayPal payout for any remaining balance; after that, all payouts go through the Partners dashboard.
How to read your stats
On the Overview tab:
- Clicks are the number of times your referral link has been clicked in total.
- Referrals are the number of people who signed up for Fathom Analytics using your link.
- Balance is commission that has cleared the 30-day hold and is available to claim (once you reach the minimum for your payout type).
- Pending is commission still inside the 30-day hold.
- Paid out is your lifetime total of bank payouts and account credits.
- Monthly run rate is an estimate of what your currently active referred subscriptions are worth in commission each month.
The Referrals tab lists your active referred customers (anonymised). The Ledger tab shows pending and settled commission entries in detail.
To keep receiving payouts, you need to remain a Fathom customer with an active subscription.
Note: our only "rule" is that bidding on keywords that include 'fathom' or 'fathom analytics' for ads is prohibited.
