Meet Luna, Our AI Assistant

Got a question about Fathom? Click the round ? button in the bottom right of your dashboard and ask Luna, our AI assistant. It answers straight away, from our documentation and the facts our support team keeps up to date.

Ask it how Fathom works, or about your account:

• “How do I track a button click?” Luna walks you through it from our docs, code included.
• “Why am I not seeing any visitors?” You get the troubleshooting steps that match. If none of them fix it, Luna hands you to our team.
• “Which plan am I on?” Luna asks to see your account details, then answers from them.

Luna can also read your stats, but only when you say so. When an answer depends on them, it asks first, and nothing is read until you click Allow. Then you can ask things like:

• “How many visitors did I get last month?” You get the numbers in a table or chart, ready to download as a CSV.
• “Did my traffic drop last month?” Luna compares it with the month before, then checks which pages and referrers changed.
• “Where do my signups come from?” It finds your signup event and breaks it down by referrer, UTM source, or the page the visit started on.
• “How many signups came from chatgpt.com each day last week?” It filters by two things at once, here the event and the referrer.
• “What are people looking at right now?” Luna reads your Realtime view: the page each visitor is on and where they came from.
• “What are my top 5 sites?” It compares totals for all your sites, as long as your plan covers every site on your account.

Rather not share your stats? Luna can still link you to the right view of your dashboard, with the dates and filters already set, so you can look for yourself.

A few things worth knowing:

• A person is one click away. Click Escalate to a human at any time. Our team sees the whole chat, so you won’t have to repeat yourself, and replies by email.
• Your chats are saved. Click the clock icon to open Past chats and pick up where you left off.
• AI can be wrong. If an answer doesn’t solve it, escalate the chat and a person will take it from there.
