Pick Your API Limits
If you lean on our API, you’ve probably run into its limits at some point. Now you can lift them.
Every Fathom account comes with free API access, and that isn’t changing. But some of you push the API hard: polling dashboards every few seconds, running nightly exports across dozens of sites, building custom reports for clients. One flat limit was never going to suit everyone.
So we’ve added API plans. Pick the plan that matches how hard you use the API and your limits go up right away. A paid plan raises all three of our API limits:
- Requests per minute on the Aggregations and Current Visitors endpoints, the ones you tend to poll most.
- Requests per hour on the management endpoints for accounts, sites, events and milestones.
- Concurrent requests across every endpoint, so you can run more at the same time.
Plans start at $19/mo and go up to $399/mo for heavy volume, which gets you 1,200 requests a minute and 25 running at once. Pay yearly and you get two months free, just like your main plan.
It’s all self-serve. Open your billing settings, hit Change Plan, and choose your tier. The new limits apply immediately, and you can move up or down whenever your usage shifts.
